Service Description
Thank you for your patience as we roll out our new online booking system! Here is everything you need to know for your upcoming event. AFTER YOU BOOK Immediately: You will receive a confirmation email. 3 Days Before Party: You will receive a second email with detailed entry information. Support: If you miss these emails or have questions, contact us at parties@pghtoys.org. RENTAL TIMES We host only one party per day to ensure your group has total privacy. -Saturday/Sunday: 7 Hours, from 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM -Sat/Sun Down Syndrome Assocation Rate: $75 rental fee + $50 refundable deposit. Total Due Today: $125. ELIGIBILITY This booking type is currently ONLY for the Down Syndrome Association. All other bookings will be canceled. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES This is a self-managed rental. No PTLL representative will be on-site during your event. Toys: Pick up and return all toys to their proper places. Decorations: Remove all personal decor. Trash: Take all trash out to the external dumpster. Checklist: Please follow the "After-Party Checklist" sent to your email. SUPPORT OUR MISSION Consider Donating Your Deposit: Instead of a refund, you can choose to donate your $50 deposit to the PTLL. As an all-volunteer nonprofit, these donations help us provide scholarships to any family in need to provide affordable play to every child in Pittsburgh.
