The Pittsburgh Toy Lending Library also stores your information when you become a member of our organization, in a membership database on our local computer and in a lending database through ResourceMate. We use this information to provide and operate our membership and lending services. The personal information we store is what you enter on your membership form. We do not store payment information in this way.

We communicate with you in order to respond to feedback, comments, and questions.

We will also communicate with you in order to discuss the services you have purchased.

If you complete a membership form, we will communicate with you via email in order to discuss your membership, schedule a training session (if applicable), and provide you with important information about the PTLL that members need to know.

This communication provides regular updates about the goings-on of the PTLL.
